Instead of studying for art history I worked on my video. Bad idea.

Hour 10.

I interviewed Dave.

Hour 11.

I started work on iMovie, I had never used it before, so that was hard. But I started to get the hang of it.

I interviewed Adam by the River. Then came back and recorded some music for the documentary.

Hour Seven.

During Class I went to take pictures around campus. It was raining though so I cam back to class and started working on putting videos together in iMovie.

Hour Six.

I sat in class again and tried to figure out a schedule for interviewing people for my documentary. I wasn’t very productive.

Hour Five.

I sat in class and revised my outline/ imported videos into iMovie.

Hour Three.

While I was home for fall break I went out and took lots and lots of videos.

The sunrise, walking my dog, driving in cars.

Hour Four.

I practiced more guitar! Look.

So I didn’t post these like I should have been doing.But here it is.

Hour One.

I sat and thought about what I wanted to do for a long time. Probably for more than an hour, but lets just go with it. I came up with an idea to make a documentary about Man vs. Nature.

Hour Two.

I made an outline!

Black Screen with the Title of the “documentary” fading out: Audio of me asking the first question- “What is beauty to you?”

First Interview: “What is Beauty in one word?”
- Have multiple collaboration of peoples one word answers while watching video clip of something with low volume sound from the clip.
- Fade to talking to Jenna: “How is Nature Beautiful?” Elaborate on this.
Have her audio playing over video of Running. Focus on Feet hitting the pavement. End with fading out of video and just the sound of feet hitting the pavement.

Back to Black Screen: “What is your favorite thing about nature?”
- Just have the question written on the black screen, no sound.

Second Interview: “What is your favorite thing about nature in one word?”
- Have people’s one word answers playing while watching video clip of the sunrise.
- Fade in interview with Dave: Talk about your favorite thing about nature.
Have Dave sitting on the old Dam by the river. Parts of the video are of him talking while others are of his audio while he is looking around at nature.
- Fade out with clips of the river

Black Screen: “What do you think is the biggest threat to nature?”
- Have question written on the screen and have audio of me asking it
- Fade out to the next interview

Third Interview: “In one word, what is the biggest threat to nature?”
-Have collaboration of one word answers
- Fade to interview with Adam
- Have his audio playing over video of him playing guitar
- Fade out of just him and then just the sounds of the guitar playing while a black screen comes up

-When did the world become so fast paced?
– Instead of enjoying the beauty of nature we have become consumed by a world
that destroys nature. A world where people are living for their money or
success. A world where people drive by nature every day and don’t even notice
it! How could you not notice this? Why is it so hard for us to see
this beauty every day? It is around us all the time, and yet
we are distracted by things less than beautiful.

Slow Moving Clips: Audio and video of kimmie standing in field..
-Take passion in nature.
Find beauty in nature.
Abandon your car somewhere, go for a walk.
Lie down in a field and be consumed not by this corrupted world, but by the world
that was here first.(Start to rewind the video in fast motion)
Before the buildings. Before the cars. Before the roads. Before
Man.
(Have video of just a field) Become one with Nature.
